pics shouldnt be complusary - it could encourage stalkers, what if people dont want to upload their pic, or even dont have a pic. Maybe you should have it so that they can only rate other people pics if they have a pic up for rating themselves. You should allow the profile area that every one sees to be personalised more, like adding your own back ground and HTML.
Comments would be good too, and the ability to join 'groups' |
